Every member is held to the same standard. This helps us keep every group fair and organized. By joining a group, you agree to follow these rules.
Membership is open only to people who are 18 years and above.
Please make sure you have a steady income or enough money to make your contributions on time. Join only what you can comfortably afford.
Once you join and start making payments, you are expected to complete the group. You cannot simply leave because you have changed your mind.
You must provide all information required for registration. Your information must be accurate and up to date.
Please do not join a group if you are unsure about participating. Every available space is intended for someone who is ready to commit.
Payments made toward a group are non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the specific terms of the group. This includes your deposit, contributions and applicable group charges.
The pickup/cash-out amount will be shown before you join. What you see before joining is what you get, unless Royalty Susu Hub officially communicates otherwise.
All contributions must be paid by 6:00 PM on the applicable due date. Payments after 6:00 PM are considered late.
Your slot is not guaranteed when you join. Slots are assigned when the group starts according to the group's system. Your position may be changed based on payment consistency. Joining early does not guarantee an earlier slot.
Your deposit is not a separate fee. It counts as your first contribution. No deposit = No participation.
All members must follow the rules and reasonable instructions given by the Royalty Susu Hub admin.

Registering before other people does not automatically give you an earlier pickup.
After the group starts, slot positions may be changed based on payment consistency. Late payments can affect your slot.
